We are seeking dedicated, experienced staff who have worked in management to join our Leadership Teams supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities within their home and the community.
Essential job functions include: Train, supervise and suitably address concerns with staff; Maintain professional and supportive communication. Ensure people are actively participating in person-centered activities supporting their dreams, wishes and interests. Assist with the maintenance, safety and oversight of the residential home. Must be able work outside of the scheduled work hours as need in a supervisory role, including a weekend shift.
Minimal Job Requirements:
Two years' experience supporting adults with intellectual, emotional and developmental disabilities or work in a related field. A valid drivers license a good driving history with a minimum of two years experience is required. Background checks including a clear criminal background, good driving record and work references. High school diploma/GED.
