Job Description:This position serves as the Program Chief Engineer (CE) for the Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS) Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program within the Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance Systems (ISRS) Surveillance and Targeting Systems (STS) Program Area. The Program CE dual reports to the Program Manager and the STS OSTS Product Line Chief Engineer (PLCE), and directly oversees all aspects of engineering execution on the program. Program lifecycle encompasses: Production, Engineering and Manufacturing Development of change requests, Depot Operations, Logistics Support, and Field Support efforts. Responsible for senior Customer and Raytheon leadership engagement, and coordinating efforts with factory, depot, and field operations.The CLS Program CE is the single engineering leadership point of contact and is responsible for the engineering execution of an entire program, overseeing all technical, schedule, and financial aspects: Establish and manage a program vision, strategy and goals to align the Program with the Customer and facilitate conflict resolution Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across all IPTs, CPTs, and disciplines within the Program Primary program technical POC with the customer senior technical counterparts Authority to manage all program engineering related activities across the program.
