Position:VP, Group Property & Casualty Distribution
TheRole: This position is responsible fordriving the strategy and growth of Group Property &Casualty. There are four primary areas of focus: 1) ensureachievement of Group P&C sales results, 2) accountability fortop and bottom line results with P&C Product Management 3)decision making for marketing, sales, and sales call center tacticsaligned with the Group P&C business plan, includingeffectiveness and efficiency targets 4) new business developmentthrough customer acquisition, direct marketing and the advancementof data and analytics. This role will be responsible growing thesechannels and creating additional sub-channels. This role willalso be responsible for identifying and executing on opportunitiesfor synergy with the Agency Channel, along with the AgencyVPs.
CustomerAcquisition, Direct Marketing, and Analytics Theposition is responsible for Group customer acquisition tactics,with expertise in direct marketing and analytics. Identify newdistribution channels. Create Partnerships with Banks and RetailChannels. Form new B2Brelationships.
Group P&CMarketing, Sales, and Call Center Tactics - Theposition is responsible for achieving sales goals through theadvancement of data and analytics. The position is thedecision maker on Group P&C marketing and worksite marketingtactics, sales and call center tactics to achieve targetedinquiries, conversion ratio, as well as cost per acquisitiontargets. Ability to optimize in bound calls to increase sales andgrowth.
Group P&C SalesSupport - In addition, the position is responsiblefor providing P&C expertise and product support to the GVWBsales force and PCS agents.
GroupP&C top and bottom line growth - The position isresponsible with Group Product Management to achieve aggressivegrowth and profitabilitygoals.
Group P&C New BusinessDevelopment - The position is responsible foridentifying new business opportunities and sharing theopportunities that will be pursued by leveraging data and analyticswith all keystakeholders.
