Due to the critical nature of this position to provide services to the children, EBCAP is offering a two-step sign on bonus totaling $500 for external applicants.
The successful candidates must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with parents, children, staff, community representatives and volunteers and have one of the following:
* A minimum of a high school diploma or GED certificate with a minimum of 9 credit hours in Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework and a supervised teaching experience in a ECE setting and must be enrolled in a Child Development Associate (CDA) program to be completed within one year of hire OR;
* Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Early Childhood and a supervised teacher experience in ECE setting OR;
* Bachelors or Associates in Early Childhood Education or a related field* and a supervised teaching experience in an ECE setting.
