Our Technology department is seeking an Organizational Development Director who directs the design, planning and implementation of their organizational development programs, policies, and procedures. Your role facilitates the implementation of change management initiatives while building strong employee support. Your role will be crucial in connecting our Computer Information Systems leadership team to all of their employees. Your organizational skills will be put to use in this dynamic position as you inform and support the staff. Job functions and responsibilities: Plans and directs the Organizational Design function. Supports establishing human capital as a critical force of accomplishing business goals. Proposes changes to structure and development opportunities for key leaders. Approves change management initiatives and suggests program enhancements. Leads professional development of staff. Oversees department talent management functions including People Managers and staff hiring and onboarding. Works closely with core functions to enable an environment of continual improvement. Defines and collects key performance metrics on departmental workforce performance. Job requirements: Typically requires a 4-year degree and 5-plus years of related management experience. Has a strong understanding of business change management and has a high level of empathy for employees and their empowerment. Must possess strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills. Must possess a high level of self-organization.
